Het behang van Grow House Grow is bijzonder illustratief. Dat komt omdat de ontwerpster Katie Deedie, de illustraties maakt naar aanleiding van mooie verhalen of sprookjes. Zo is er het verhaal "ode to the unhasty' voor de wijze les.... de flora en fauna vertelt ons, dat we rustiger aan moeten doen en dat we vooral met de flow mee moeten gaan... mmmm

Of er is het verhaal van Ms Ward. Zij leefde van 1827-1869 en bekeek graag de natuur. Op haar derde had ze al een verzameling kevers die ze met een vergrootglas bestudeerde en natekende. Door toeval zag James South deze tekeningen en heeft haar ouders overgehaald een microscoop aan te schaffen. Zij heeft de microscoop zo uitgebreid onderzocht dat ze een ware expert werd en veel boeken hierover heeft geschreven.
